Additional Information

CBSPV has evaluated numerous programs as we prepare to launch a program in the 4th quarter of 2024. Our due diligence process involves thoroughly examining the people

involved and assessing their track record, establishing and verifying a known precedent. This due diligence has led us to create the ‘Genesis Fund CBCPV,’ a program we believe aligns with our goals of achieving high yield returns while effectively mitigating risk.

Although no program is entirely without risk, this one operates on a best-efforts basis.

The Genesis Fund has assembled a management group to engage in arbitrage strategies. The group is led by a professional with 45 years of experience in financial markets and a history of successful performance in this area. The team also includes four other accomplished individuals with expertise in law, banking, and executive management.

Mitigating Risk, Maximizing Returns for Our Members

Our approach involves executing approximately five trades per day, with each trade occurring within seconds. We ensure that no positions are held overnight or throughout the trading day. Our exposure is limited to the brief moments of these trades, historically

yielding positive results in four out of five instances. Negative trades occur about 20% of the time.

To mitigate risk, we employ strict “stop-loss instructions” on each trade to ensure that losses do not exceed gains on any given day. Although there is a possibility that one loss may outweigh the day’s gains, this approach is designed to minimize that risk. During the first month of trading, the fund establishes a reserve account amounting to 25% of the principal. This ‘protection pool account’ is funded through trading profits and serves to safeguard members investments. Any losses are first covered by this account, protecting members' principal and gains. Members receive their returns before any profits are taken by the desk or management group. The protection pool is replenished before any profits are distributed.

Strategy of Genesis Fund CBSPV

Returns are settled in cash at the close of each trading day. Members can withdraw their

capital within 3-10 business days and can cease trading on their capital with a simple phone call followed by an email.

Our desk approaches the market with a conservative strategy, avoiding trades on highly volatile market days. The following strategies are employed:

- Focus on Higher Win Rates: Targeting smaller profit margins with a higher frequency of successful trades.

- Consistency and Longevity: Maintaining a strong win rate over time to build the fund’s overall performance.

- Trading Methodology: Engaging in momentum trades that capitalize on small price fluctuations, which significantly reduces risk.

- Limited Leverage: The desk limits leverage to 25x, minimizing potential losses.

- No Overnight Positions: All positions are closed daily to avoid overnight market risk.

- Precision Trading: The desk trades in PIPS (0.0001 of a dollar), targeting a spread of 1.5

PIPS per transaction.

The Genesis Fund aims to deliver a 10% compounding monthly return for its members, a target that has been historically achievable while effectively managing risk.
